Chili Beer Fest 2020: Saturday, October 10th
Chili. Beer.
Introducing: Socorro Chili Pils.
We're super excited to partner up with a local chili roaster to host Chili Beer Fest 2020!! Releasing Saturday, October 10th is a Socorro Chili Pils. There will also be a local roaster on-site at the North Washington taproom for you to stock up on chilis for the rest of the year while supplies last!
At 5.2% ABV, this Chili Pilsner is slightly bitter with a nice, fresh roasted chili aroma. The Soccoro Chilis give the pilsner a mellow, low heat taste that won’t destroy your tastebuds for the rest of the weekend.
The Blake Street taproom at 3400 Blake Street has The G Wagon at the taproom with chili specials along with a menu full of cheeseburgers, cheesesteaks, and whatever else the chef decides to add to the menu as a great addition to the Socorro Chili Pils.
The Washington Street taproom at 6021 N. Washington Street will have a local Socorro, New Mexico Chili roasting with extra hot, hot, medium hot, and mild chilis available while supplies last. The Washington Street taproom will also have limited quantities of a Pineapple Jalapeno J. Marie and a Habanero Mr. Sandman!
River North Brewery releases a new beer every Saturday, typically at both taprooms, varying from stouts, IPAs, and other upcoming brews that will be perfect for the cooler season. Saturday’s you can find rotating food trucks at Blake Street and both taprooms are dog-friendly (patio only at Blake Street!).
